| OCR Folder is a desktop application that allows you to process
an entire folder of Image Files to ASCII text. You define specific zones of the
image to process. Processes both ASCII text and Barcodes. Results stored to format of your choosing,
delimited text file, XML, or Excel.

Figure 1 - Define Regions. Using a representative sample image as a template,
the example above contains four defined regions. They are named FullName, OrderID,
SampleBarcode, and FileName. The region, FullName, is currenlty being displayed,
and is represented by the Red Box
on the Sample Image. You can either enter the X,Y box values manually, or use your
mouse to lasso or select the region area. Download Now.

Figure 2 - Process Files. Once your regions have been defined, you
select a folder that contains the image documents to convert. The
Process-Files Button initiates the process. A progress bar displays
status, text results are displayed on the right, and an error log is listed at the
bottom of the page.

Figure 3 - Audit Results. After the results are processed, the
Audit Results page provides the means to proofread and audit your results. Each
row of text in the Results displays the corresponding image file and the highlighted
regions for that image. Also, you can save the results to file, and return back
to audit later.

Delimited File, XML, or EXCEL. The results are exported from the Audit Results screen.
