What are Zones?

OCRFolder allows you to convert select areas of an image to text. You pre-define these areas, which are called zones.

Using a representative image document as a template, Sample Image, you can select one or more zones to be processed.

Each Red Boxes designates a zone which you defined. To define a zone you can either manually enter values into the UpperLeft (X,Y) and Width/Height boxes, or auto-fill  them by using your mouse to lasso an area of the Sample Image.
