To process the image files in the Image Files list, click the Process Files button. To Cancel the processing, click the Cancel button.
OCRFolder converts user-defined zones within images to ASCII Text. To process all files within a folder, you will need to have created a Zone Definition file. You will also need to specify a folder which contains the images to convert, and specify what file-type to process, e.g. TIF, BMP, JPG, etc.
The Image Files to be processed, will be displayed on the left portion of your window. The processed text results will be displayed in the list on the right side of the window. An error log is at the bottom of the window and will display warnings and error messages.
The status of the processing is displayed by a progress bar on the top of the screen.
